At Cosy in Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)
If you are a customer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires.
Returns (All Customers)
We accept return requests within 14 days (EU & UK) or 30 days (other countries) from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Be free of odors, stains, or damage

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This includes:

Shipping costs from the customer to our address

Original shipping costs paid when placing the order
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time is 5–10 business days

Banks or payment providers may require additional time to post the refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
In such cases, we will cover the return and replacement shipping costs or issue a refund.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
